Ramsey event ticket purchases are non-refundable but they are transferable if your are unable to attend. We can transfer to any other event, at any location, at any time or any other individual.
In the case an event has to be canceled with no plan to reschedule, tickets purchased will be refunded.
If an event gets postponed or rescheduled to a future date, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date or an event credit for use towards another future event will be offered upon request.
What is the policy of infants/young children at events?
To ensure that Ramsey events are an enjoyable experience for all attendees, no children under the age of 13 will be allowed in the auditorium.
Are outside food/drink allowed?
Events at the Ramsey Event Center: yes, you are able to bring in food and/or drink
Events at other venues: you will want to reach out to the location itself. Some venues will allow outside food and drink. However, larger venues/arenas, would not allow outside food or drink.
Are ASL / special needs accommodations provided?

Availability of seating?
All seating is first come, first serve to the specific area (general admission, VIP, Platinum, etc.). If you are a member of a party, yes, you can "save" seats.
