📌 General ticket info
All ticket sales are final—tickets are non-refundable and can’t be transferred to a future event.
You can transfer your ticket to another person attending the same event, but only once.

❌ If the event is canceled or rescheduled
If the event is canceled with no plan to reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
Can’t attend the new date? Reach out to our team for a solution.
🛒 Tickets from third-party sellers
If you purchased through a third-party platform, their policies apply.
Please contact the third party directly for any changes or refunds.
If the event is canceled, third-party policies will determine your options.
👶 Children and infants
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, no children under 13 are allowed in the auditorium.
🥤 Food and beverage
Ramsey Event Center: Outside food and drink are allowed.
Other venues: Policies vary. Please check with the venue directly.
♿ ADA & special needs

🪑 Seating
All seating is first-come, first-served within your ticket type (general admission, VIP, Platinum, etc.).
Attending with a group? Yes, you can save seats for your party.

Ramsey events: Hosting a big group? Bulk ticket sales are available! Click here!
Third-party tickets: Group policies depend on the seller and venue. Contact them directly.
