If your app is crashing, freezing, or loading slowly, try these steps.
Step 1: Force Close the App
On iOS:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause.
- Swipe up on the Ramsey Network App to close it.
- Reopen the app.
On Android:
- View your recent apps (this varies by device).
- Swipe the Ramsey Network App off the screen to close it.
- Reopen the app.
Step 2: Uninstall and Reinstall
On iOS:
- Tap and hold the app icon.
- Tap Edit Home Screen.
- Tap the (X) and confirm Delete.
- Reinstall from the App Store by searching "Ramsey Network."
- Open the app and sign in again.
On Android:
- Long-press the app icon.
- Tap the i or App Info.
- Tap Uninstall.
- Reinstall from the Play Store.
- Open the app and sign in again.
