What should I do if my app is crashing?

If you're having trouble with the app crashing, freezing, or loading slowly, try these quick fixes:

🔄 Step 1: Force Close the App

On iOS:

1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause

2. Swipe up on the Ramsey Network App to close it

3. Reopen the app

On Android:

1. View your recent apps (this varies by device)

2. Swipe the Ramsey Network App off the screen to close it

3. Reopen the app

🔁 Step 2: Uninstall & Reinstall

On iOS:

1. Tap and hold the app icon, then tap Edit Home Screen

2. Tap the (X) and confirm Delete

3. Reinstall from the App Store by searching "Ramsey Network"

4. Open the app and sign in again

On Android:

1. Long-press the app icon

2. Tap the i or App Info

3. Tap Uninstall

4. Reinstall from the Play Store and sign in
